Customise Preferences and Confirm Order

Our system easily allows you to build your order, customise your wash preferences, and add upgrades such as premium soaps, etc. We'll save your notes and preferences for future orders.

Schedule Pickup and Drop-off

We'll pickup and deliver your laundry at the scheduled time. Our system will notify you when the driver is on his way, and you can track them in your order dashboard. You'll also receive notifications when the laundry is picked up and delivered to the laundromat for peace of mind. No need to be home either, simply leave clothes in a dry, accessible space for us.

Common Questions Answered About Wash and Fold With The Laundry Wheel Express in Phoenix, Arizona

  • Do you have an order minimum?

    Yes. For in store dropoff the minimum is $20. For pickup and delivery the minimum is $40.

  • What payments do you accept?

    For in store orders, we accept cash, card, and apple pay. For pickup and drop-off we accept cards.

  • Is there a delivery charge? 

    No. Deliveries are free within our 5 mile delivery radius. If you select an on-demand pickup with our doordash or Uber partners, there may be a charge if you are outside of our free delivery radius.

  • Can you pickup to my hotel or Airbnb?

    Absolutely! We love doing hotel pickups for business or vacation travelers. Simply specificy at checkout whether you want to meet us in the lobby or if you'd prefer to leave your clothes at the front desk for us to pickup.

  • How long until I get my clothes back?

    Two Options:

    • 24 Hour Turnaround
    • Same Day Turnaround (Order must be placed by 2pm)
  • How will I know when my clothes are ready?

    We will notify you via text message when your clothes are received in the store, processing, completed, and ready for pickup.

  • How do I cancel or change my order?

    Go back to the website and follow the instructions to cancel or change your pickup/dropoff time. or click the link in the text messages. Additionally, you could call us at (602) 877-1299

  • Will I know when the driver is on his way?

    Yes. Our delivery software sends you a notification when the driver is en route, has arrived, and has completed your pickup. You will receive an estimated arrival time and can track the status in your order dashboard.

  • What should I put my clothes in?

    Any plastic or disposable bag will do. A standard tall kitchen trash bag works perfectly.

  • Do I need to weight my bag before I leave it out? 

    Nope. We can give you a price based on your estimate, but we will weight the clothes in store and update the total during intake.

  • What If I'm not home when you pickup or deliver?

    No problem. Simply leave the clothes in a safe, accessible area and we will pickup.

  • Will you wash and dry my clothes with other people's clothes?

    Never. All orders are washed, dryed, and folded completely seperately.

  • Is there any contract or long-term committment?

    Not at all. You can place orders as you wish and there is no subscription fee or additional charges to using our service. We do offer a subscription service for those who want regular pickups and offer a discount.

  • Do you offer dry cleaning?

    Not currently at this time.

  • What products do you use? 

    We use premium detergents, softener, and dryer sheets. You can upgrade to name brand detergents such as Tide and Downy for an additional fee.
